The Yelp Secret Supper Club is recruiting a few adventurous stomachs to join us 'round the long table in the name of epicurean pursuits... Every month for the entire year of 2012, a different innovator on the Denver dining scene will serve club members a three-course meal with a complimentary welcome drink. The cost of joining is just $25 plus tax for each dinner (but bring extra cash for tips).

Updated on 2/13: It's time for some clues! We'll start with some of the menu options just like last time...

This restaurant believes in family-style dining and so our first course is actually going to be a trio to share and it includes arugula with pistachios, goat cheese, red onions, and beets; Trout escabeche, and asparagus with meyer lemon vinaigrette. If you have a ticket you'll be able to try a little of each of these amazing sounding starters!

(2/15): Are you all ready to hear about the choices for the second course? :) Here they are:

- Shrimp and calamari cioppino with yukon gold potatoes OR
- House made cavatelli pasta: asparagus almond pesto, roasted tomatoes and pecorino OR
- Braised berkshire pork cheeks with hazelnut picada and sweet pea pure

(2/18): It's time for the dessert course! We'll be having a choice of

- Chocolate and fleur de sel caramel tart with milk chocolate gelato and nougatine crunch OR
- Lemon almond praline dacquoise

This is the second of the dinners and will be hosted at a fantastic restaurant in the Uptown neighborhood of Denver on Tuesday, February 21st and it will have two seatings - the first at 6:00 (ending at 8:00 PM) and the second at 8:30 PM. Please be sure to buy the ticket for the correct time you'd like to attend. The restaurant in question is unpretentious and great for people-watching in the neighborhood. As for food type we can't give away too much, but rest assured it will be an adventurous plate with international flair. There will be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for the dinner.

As we get closer to the event more details will be released about both the food and drink menus. However, the location of the restaurant will not be revealed until the day before the event, but you don't mind – you trust us, right?!
